CIATER TEA PLANTATION
After tracking in Tangkuban Parahu forest you will see the expanse of tea plantation aroundSubangg area, this plantation is old plantation which first planted during Dutch colonial era in year 1937 and succeeded to produce about 900 ton per year, after the Netherlands leave Indonesia the company is taken by the British Company under the name of P & T Land and Tijasem Land and finally a few years after it was taken over by the Indonesian Government Owned Company PTPN VIII. this tea plantation is located along the road between Tangkuban Parahu and Ciater Subang where on the left side of the road stranded beautiful green tea that refreshes the eyes and fresh natural air will you breathe there while enjoying a traditional warm drink called “bandrek“, can make your relaxation facilities here.
TEA FABRIC THEEHUIS
The North Bandung tea factory is still active since the 1940s, following the development of this tea plantation in this Ciater, this factory is open to the public who want to know the process of making tea, here you will be guided from scratch by the guide masterful of several languages, you will be introduced to some type of tea and explained each of the properties of the tea itself, this tour takes only 30 minutes, then you will be invited to taste their original tea while enjoying the view of the tea garden from the restaurant.
